No worries — if a transaction expires, no funds are deducted from the customer’s wallet or card.
The terminal shows the payment as cancelled/failed.
No receipt is printed.
The merchant sees the order as not completed.
The customer can simply try again or choose another payment method.
👉 All transactions that are successfully processed always appear in your Transaction History. If you don’t see it there, it means the payment did not go through.
👉 If you experience any issues during a payment, simply tap the “Need Help” button on that transaction screen. This will connect you directly with support so we can investigate right away.
