There are 2 ways to check your transaction history: In the web app or on your Payment Terminal
1. In the web app
Go to app.flowgate.tech/payments.
There you’ll find the full history of your payments, including completed, pending, and cancelled transactions.
2. On your Flowgate terminal
From the main screen, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
In the menu, select Payments.
You will be taken to the Payments screen, where you can view:
the payment amount
the date and time
the payment status (Paid, Pending, Expired)
👉 Whether you’re on desktop or using a terminal, your entire payment history is always just a tap away.
