Once Crypto is set up as a payment type, taking a crypto payment only takes a few clicks.
Add the items to the sale as usual, then select Pay.
Select Crypto.
Flowgate opens inside Lightspeed with the order amount and a payment QR. Keep this window open while the customer pays.
Ask the customer to scan the QR with their phone.
The customer chooses a supported cryptocurrency and network, then reviews the payment in their wallet, using their phone.
Wait for Flowgate to confirm the payment. Lightspeed then shows Payment received and the amount left to pay changes to zero.
Select Complete sale. You can print or email the receipt as usual.
The completed sale is recorded in Lightspeed with Crypto as the payment type. The receipt also includes the Flowgate payment reference.
